More Ways to Learn and Grow

Not every group can gather in the same room—and not every conversation needs to fit a traditional training format. In addition to in-person Mental Health First Aid, I offer live virtual sessions and custom speaking engagements to meet your needs, wherever you are. Whether you’re looking for a smaller remote class or a keynote speaker who can bring heart, hope, and practical insight to your event, I’d love to work with you.

What Clients Say

"This was the best course I have taken. I took a First Aid Mental Health class in 2019 but it does not hold a candle next to this course taught by Chelsey."
